Privacy Policy


Protection of information about Users of our Platform is our priority, thus, we make every effort so that you can feel safe while browsing through our web pages after entrusting us with your personal data. This privacy policy explains the principles and scope of processing of your data by us, rights which you have and our obligations as the data controller. We apply state of the art technical and organizational measures ensuring a high level of protection of processing of personal data and securing the data against access by unauthorized persons.

Purpose of the processing


• LPP PRINTABLE processes the personal data of Users of the Platform for proper performance of contracts concluded through the on-line store of the platform: www.promostars.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), which means that the data are necessary in particular for: - registering at the Platform
- placing an order
- concluding a contract
- making settlements
- delivering the product ordered by the User to a specified destination
- exercising by the User of his/her rights arising out of the sales contract and of the provisions on concluding distance contracts.
• If you have agreed to receiving information on news and promotions, then LPP PRINTABLE processes your data for the purposes of sending you commercial information about among others promotions or sales.

Type of data


LPP PRINTABLE processes the following types of data, the provision of which is necessary for:
1. logging into the Platform:
- full business name
- street, postcode, city/town, country
- tax identification number NIP
- telephone number
- email address
- full name of the contact person
2. Shopping through the Platform:
a) if you are an individual customer:
- full name (of the payer)
- address of the payer – street, postcode, city/town
- sex (by ticking Mr/Ms)
- delivery address
- delivery method – DPD courier service, personal receipt
- payment method – cash, transfer, cash on delivery, prepayment
- telephone number
- email address
b) if you are a corporate customer:
- full business name (of the payer)
- address of the payer – street, postcode, city/town, country
- tax identification number NIP
- sex (by ticking Mr/Ms)
- delivery address
- delivery method
– DPD courier service, personal receipt
- payment method
– cash, transfer, cash on delivery, prepayment
- telephone number
- email address
- full name of the contact person
3. Voluntary data provided by the User:
- web page address
- Facebook account address
- YouTube channel address
- Instagram account address
- Twitter account address
- bank account number
- job title
- photograph of the contact person
4. In case of withdrawal from a contract or resolution of a complaint, if funds are reimbursed directly to the User's bank account, please provide us with your bank account number to which the funds are to be reimbursed.

Legal basis for the processing


Personal data are processed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection. Your data are processed upon your consent made at the moment of registration in the Platform and at the moment of confirmation of the transaction made in the Platform. The consent to processing of your personal data is completely voluntary, but denial of the consent makes it impossible to register at the Platform and shop through the Platform. With regard to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:

1. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason. The withdrawal request may cover a specific purpose of the processing, e.g. withdrawal of the consent to receive commercial information, but it may also cover all the purposes of the processing. The withdrawal of the consent covering all the purposes of the processing will cause your User account to be deleted from the Platform and your data will no longer be processed by us. The withdrawal of the consent will not affect actions which have already been performed.
2. You can request that we erase your data at any time, without giving any reason. The request to erase the data will not affect actions which have already been performed. The erasure of the data will cause your User account to be deleted from the Platform and your data will no longer be processed by us.
3. You can object to the processing of your data at any time, which will cover all the purposes or a specific purpose indicated by you. The objection will not affect actions which have already been performed. Raising of the objection will cause your User account to be deleted from the Platform and your data will no longer be processed by us.
4. You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data for a particular period of time or to a specific extent. We will abide by your decision. The request to limit the processing will not affect actions which have already been performed.
5. You can request that we correct or rectify your personal data at any time. You can do this by sending us an email to dok@promostars.com
6. You can request that we transfer your data to another entity. For this purpose, contact us and provide the name and address of the entity to which we are to transfer your data and the scope of the data, i.e. which of your data should be transferred. The transfer will be made by electronic means after you confirm that request. The confirmation of the request is necessary for the security of your data and for making sure that the request has been submitted by an authorized person.
7. You can request that we provide you with information about the scope of the processing of your personal data at any time.
We are obliged to inform you about actions performed by us not later than within a month of receipt of each of the requests.
If you are a corporate customer and intend to entrust us with processing of personal data of natural persons, it is necessary to sign an agreement on entrusting of processing of personal data. Please contact us if you wish to do so.

Duration of personal data storage


We store your personal data until the User account is deleted from the Platform. The account may be deleted upon your request, but also if you withdraw your consent to process your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data or request their erasure. Our system will keep only archive information about your transactions, the storage of which is necessary to pursue claims available to you, e.g. concerning warranty, and also due to applicable legal regulations.

Entrusting the processing of data


LPP PRINTABLE may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with LPP PRINTABLE within the scope necessary to process a transaction, for example to prepare products which you have ordered and to send deliveries or commercial information of LPP PRINTABLE (the latter applies only to Users who have agreed to receiving commercial information). The entities to which we entrust the processing of personal data for performance of sales contracts or delivery contracts:
- DPD courier service
- Zjednoczenie.com Sp. z o.o.
- Entities providing embroidery/imprint services
The personal data of Users will not be shared with any third parties except for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, in particular the data will not be transferred to any other entities for the purposes of sending marketing materials of third parties. The personal data of Users of the Platform are not transferred outside the European Union.

Commercial Information – Newsletter


You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter by providing your email address and giving consent to processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending commercial and marketing information. We inform you about our newest offers in the newsletter (for example about news, promotions or sales). You can withdraw the subscription to the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link contained in the newsletter or sending an email message to: dok@promostars.com If you have subscribed to the newsletter, we can entrust the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending our commercial information to the following entities: - Zjednoczenie.com Sp. z o.o.

Cookies


The Platform uses “cookie” files. Cookies are small files used for saving specific information by the device which is used for browsing the Internet (e.g. a computer, smartphone etc.). Information saved in the cookie files are used among others for advertising and statistical purposes and for adjusting our services to your individual needs. You can change cookie settings in your Internet browser. If those settings are unchanged, the cookie files will be saved onto the memory of the device. Changing the cookie settings may limit the functionality of the Platform.

Facebook plug-in


Our web page contains a plug-in to Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA).
The Facebook plug-in is marked with the Facebook logo on our web page. The plug-in will link you directly to our Facebook profile.
Facebook may then receive information that you have visited our page from your IP address. If you visit our page while being logged on your Facebook profile, Facebook will register information about the visit.
Even if you are not logged on, Facebook is able to obtain information about the IP address.
We would like to underline that Facebook does not provide us with information about data collected and manner of their use.

Statement on data protection in Google Analytics


Our pages use the mechanisms of web service analysis of Google Inc. (”Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA”): Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manager.
Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manager use cookie files which allow for web page analysis. Information gathered by cookie files is transferred to Google servers located in the USA and archived.
If the function of IP address anonymization is on while browsing our web page, the User’s IP address is shortened by Google.
This applies to EU member states and other countries listed in the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is sent to the Google server in the USA and shortened there only in exceptional cases.
Thus, the function of IP address anonymization will be active on our web page.
Upon a request of the operator of a web page, Google uses gathered information for the analysis of web page, preparation of reports concerning traffic on the web page and other services related to browsing the Internet.
The IP address collected from your browser via Google Analytics is not stored together with other Google data.
