Like the LPP Group as a whole, we are committed to protecting the environment. We are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, investing in state-of-the-art production technologies that minimise environmental impact. In addition, some of the products we offer are made from environmentally friendly materials, such as organic cotton or recycled fabrics. We responsibly provide high-quality, functional and safe products.
It applies to all co-operative factories and aims to ensure appropriate working conditions. Main principles:
We outsource our production to factories included in a programme to accord on fire and building safety. Factories undergo audits for fire safety, electrical installation and building construction. Subsequently, under the supervision of this organisation, they implement improvements until the highest safety standards are achieved.
Both institutions are independent organisations that set standards for the control of working conditions in factories. Their standards comply with our Code of Conduct. Among other things, fair pay, compliance with working hours, health and safety, the prohibition of child labour, the absence of discrimination and the absence of forced labour are checked.
The majority of our production takes place in factories with the prestigious Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certification. The world’s largest independent certification programme for manufacturing facilities focusing mainly on the clothing, footwear and sewn products sectors.
Inspections carried out by our inspectors to meet strict quality standards.
We offer a wide range of Oeko-Tex-certified products. Products awarded the label are free from harmful substances in levels that adversely affect human health.
We work with suppliers certified by the Organic Content Standard (OCS) or the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Organic cotton is the safest for the health of users and those working in its production No chemicals or GMOs are used in the production of organic cotton and significantly less water is used, while CO2 emissions are reduced and no chemicals enter the soil.
Products for which we use recycled fibres approved by independent institutions. We verify each certificate that the material complies with our guidelines. We support the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) for the use of recycled fibre. GRS is a voluntary certification standard that specifies detailed requirements for the product supply chain, environmental and social practices and chemical restrictions in production.
